About the Art: Mewzette Mewsicat is a character in Claudia upcoming book. Mewzette, a Japanese bobtail with colorful markings, rules the San Francisco jazz scene. She plays a number of instruments, though the piano is her favorite. She frequently performs in nightclubs around the City. Some nights she duets with Kayo. Other nights, she plays with Sparkey. She is in fact, the only member of the Sparrows with any actual musical talent. By her standards, anyway.
